Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the bank's premises, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient working environment. Also, coordinate logistics, ICT, and messenger services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail, documents, and packages for the Sint Maarten Branch.
Position Highlights:
Responsible for the maintenance of the bank premises.
Execute small renovations, such as rearranging office space.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs by third parties.
Provide support at bank events and assist with room setups and furniture moves.
Provide support.
Deliver and pick up mail from third parties.
Deliver and collect mail from the Post Office.
Handle ad-hoc urgent delivery requests.
Ensure proper and proactive communication with the Executive Office.
Ensure proper and confidential handling of mail and company documentation.
Run errands, when necessary, as support to the branch.
Requirements:
Minimum Highschool degree or equivalent, with experience in facilities management or related field.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding.
Experience in logistics or messenger services preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.
