Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend innovative solutions to drive business success. Your insights and recommendations will shape the development and enhancement of IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and provide clarification as needed.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Define and document test scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing, and support quality assurance activities.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
