We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while helping customers find the products and services that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about building positive customer relationships while contributing to individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and usage
Provide solutions that enhance the customer experience
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Educate customers on products, services, policies, and terms
Support customers with self-service tools and store processes
Retail Operations
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Assist with product displays and store presentation
Support daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized environment
Attend training sessions and stay informed about products and promotions
Cash Handling & Administration
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively
Process payments and customer transactions accurately
Reconcile cash balances and prepare deposits when required
Report end-of-shift cash balances and transaction information
Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
Requirements
MBO degree, High School Diploma, or equivalent
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
Reliable, professional, and responsible work ethic
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude toward sales
