We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor Cargo Services for a full-time position. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily cargo operations, lead and support staff, and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, while maintaining excellent relationships with customers and airport authorities.
Main Requirements:
Supervise and control staff assignments, attendance, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and SOPs.
Keep manuals, documentation, and emergency plans up to date.
Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relations.
Report irregularities and take corrective actions.
Contribute actively in internal meetings and operational improvements.

Education & Experience:
